The move to Remote Learning due to COVID-19

Thanks to the generosity of our community, gifts to the Latin Fund provided critically important funds to address unforeseen needs due to the pandemic, allowing teachers to continue uninterrupted instruction for the remainder of the school year.

Each year, the Latin Fund helps provide technology for our students and teachers. This spring, that investment ensured that our Hawks had the equipment they needed to teach and learn remotely.

Thanks to the Latin Fund supporting professional development like Google Bootcamp, our faculty and staff were able to apply their skills to Remote Learning through programs like Google Classroom.

Investments in the Latin Fund allowed the school to make more need-based financial aid available, helping us keep our Latin family whole.

While students learned at home, construction continued on Latin’s campus. In anticipation of our Hawks’ return, we completed the McIntosh Leadership Center, the Tennis Courts, and The Strength Center.
